BookVoice Publishing is proud to announce the upcoming release of several John L. Lansdale titles, starting with Slow Bullet in the summer of 2017.

Lansdale is a special talent and excels at writing in many genres. His recent releases from other publishers include Hell's Bounty, a horror adventure co-written with his brother Joe R. Lansdale, and Zombie Gold, a Weird West-style novel nominated for Best Historical Western at the 2017 Western Writers of America Spur Awards. Both are page-turners you won't be able to put down.

BookVoice is now ready to release Lansdale's next page-turner, Slow Bullet, a fast-paced and entertaining novel where truth and fiction collide. Release dates are still being finalized, but expect the eBook version very soon, followed shortly after by print editions.

John L. Lansdale was born and raised in East Texas. He is married to the love of his life Mary. They have four children. He is a retired Army reserve Psychological Operations Officer and a combat veteran with numerous medals and awards. He's an inventor, county music song writer performer and television programmer. He produced and directed the Television Special "Ladies of Country Music." He has produced several albums in Nashville, hosted his own radio shows and won awards for producing and writing radio and TV commercials. He was a writer and editor of a business newspaper. He has worked as a comic book writer for Tales from the Crypt, IDW, Grave Tales, Cemetery Dance and several more. He co-authored the Shadows West and Hell's Bounty novels with his brother Joe. He has also authored the following novels in the process of publication: Horse of a Different Color, Slow Bullet, Long Walk Home and The Last Good Day.
